Pennie Nixon is Director of Operations at Interconnect Healthcare, responsible for driving efficiency, service delivery, and organisational performance across the group’s practices and programs. She brings over 20 years of international leadership experience, having held senior roles in healthcare, communications, branding, and customer engagement across Australia and the Middle East. Previously Managing Director of FROM6 Communications and Unisono Brand Consultants, Pennie also led commercial operations for The Royal Golf Club in Bahrain. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) from the University of Melbourne and is committed to delivering sustainable, patient-focused healthcare outcomes.
